A few things to consider:
This is not a quick fix program. I am here to support you, help you, and guide you. This will take work, dedication and time. This is only for those who are ready to make real lifestyle changes.
I focus on plant-based nutrition. Over 80% of Americans do not meet the recommendations for fruit and vegetable intake. This means we are missing critical micronutrients needed to support our bodies. Nutritional deficiencies are linked to hormonal imbalances, inflammation, chronic disease, fatigue and more. To restore our bodies, I encourage a diet centered around plants but not limited to plants. I use an “all foods fit” approach that optimizes plant foods but still includes meat, seafood and dessert.
I am an anti-diet dietitian. I will support your personal goals while encouraging you to focus on your mental and physical health. I will not put you on a strict diet or meal plan. We will find what works for you.
I am a weight-neutral dietitian. I have helped several people without knowing their weight. I am more concerned about your nutritional status, health risks, stress level, sleep patterns, energy levels and overall feeling of wellbeing.
